We are pleased to announce that from January 2024, The Barnehurst Federtion of Schools will be launching it's in-house wraparound (breakfast and after school club) care called The BASE.

The Base provides a safe and well-staffed wrap-around care provision, which reflects the high-quality offer our children receive in school on a daily basis. The Base will be a fun, safe and loving environment, where children can come and unwind after a busy day at school. This provision will be available to all children from Reception through to Year 6. Any income revenue will be reinvested back into the school and will go towards resources and provisions for our children.
A variety of different activities and resources will be available to the children each day, but there will be a daily theme such as arts and crafts, film night, games night or ball games and we will use the learning spaces around the school.
